About the BRI

Are you a researcher at the Brigham who needs a website? We work with researchers to build websites for research laboratories (and occasionally, studies and other major research initiatives). You can learn more about how to work with us and start the process to get into the queue to have a website built. This is a free service for Brigham investigators and in the past five years, we have created more than 370 WordPress laboratory websites. Since 2009, we have worked on more than 1,000 research websites across various platforms.

We create WordPress websites, working with ERIS (Enterprise Research Infrastructure & Services) and Research Computing for the initial set-up of the site, then our team designs sites with the input of the researcher before training the researcher and any other team members to become editors and maintain their site in the future.

We do continue to provide support and troubleshoot after site launch, as well as trainings for new editors, but the goal is that each Laboratory update and maintain their own site content and the web team acting primarily in a support function moving forward.
